Clinic Etiquette

Arrival
Alcohol or recreational drug consumption is contra-indicated for massage therapy and will result in cancellation of the session with no refund.

If you feel unwell on the day of your appointment please get in touch, please do not come to a session if you are contagious with flu or cold virus or any other contagious illness. This is the only circumstance under which cancellation less than 24hrs in advance is acceptable.

Male clients please wear secure underwear or bring appropriate shorts with you, failure to do so could also result in cancellation. 

Walk-Ins
We DO NOT accept walk-ins and currently only accept clients that have an appointment, but feel free to contact me to schedule one, or do so via the links in the website.

Payment Due at Time of Service
Full payment is due immediately upon booking online or 24 hours in advance of the service using the email reminders.  If you need to cancel your session or reschedule to a different time, please do so 24 hours before the scheduled session to avoid paying for the time you had reserved. A client who does not show up to their appointment will be charged for their missed appointment. If you are late to your session you are welcome to receive whatever time is left in your appointment. Due to my tightly booked schedule we are generally unable to extend your session beyond your original appointment time. Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full service you scheduled.

Professional Behavior
Any sexual innuendoes, language and behavior will not be tolerated! Session will end immediately and the client will be charged full price if such an occurrence takes place.
